Hotel/Villas Cancelation Policy

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking using our website. You can also email us at info@meyatri.com to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 14 working days.

2. Mid Stay Cancellation

In case you decide to shorten your booking for 4 or more rooms post the check-in date, no refund is applicable on the booking.

3. On the date of check-in

In case you do not show up at the hotel, no refund is applicable on the booking.

4. For bookings of 4 or more rooms

You need to pay at least 25% of the booking amount as advance to make a booking for 4 or more rooms. Cancellation Time Cancellation Fee 30 days or more prior to check-in date 50% advance amount Less than 15 days of check-in date 100% advance amount

5. Mid Stay Cancellations

During your stay, in case you decide to shorten your booking before 2 pm, you will be charged for one night. In case you decide to shorten your booking after 2 pm, you will be charged for next two nights. Money for the remaining nights will be refunded.

6. On the date of check-in

In case you decide to cancel a booking after the scheduled check-in time or do not show up at the hotel, the complete booking amount shall be deducted as cancellation/no-show charges.

7. Before check-in

We will fully refund any booking cancelled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled check in date. For any cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled check-in, the complete booking amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.

8. For bookings up to 3 rooms

We would love to host you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds. Our standard check-in time is 2 PM.

 

 

Holiday Cancelation

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. If you want to cancel your booking, you can request to do this by e-mail to info@meyatri.com.

Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay cancellation charges as follows

(see also the exception below):

1. Where you have a flight that is a non-refundable and you choose to cancel a 100% cancellation charge will apply for the flight component of your booking;

2. For all accommodation Services, you will be asked to pay a cancellation charge of per booking, as well as any costs charged by the Supplier. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made and you should contact us as soon as possible. NOTE: Non-refundable rooms always incur 100% cancellation charges; and

3. For all transfer Services, you can cancel free of charge outside of 72 hours before the date of travel, but any cancellation within 72 hours before the date of travel will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

 

Cabs and Buss booking Cancellations

1. All the cancellation requests should be done through Meyatri by calling or mail.

2. In case the booking is cancelled more than 3 days (72 hours) before the pick-up time, no penalty will be charged and full advance will be refunded. The only amount deducted would be any transaction charges for refunding your money. 

3. In case the booking is cancelled 48-72 hours before the pick-up time 50% of the advance deposit will be deducted as penalty and the rest will be refunded.

4. In case the booking is cancelled 0-24 hours before the pick-up time, 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as penalty.

5. In case the booking is cancelled after cab reached at pickup point, minimum 250 km is charged for outstation and 50% of 1 day local usage charge (8 hour-80 km) is applicable for local usage charge.

6. In the case of an break down or any accidents Service provider will try its best to either supply another substitute vehicle or provide a refund for the balance amount. 

Banquets and Events Cancelation

On account of mis-representation or any default attributable to the Venue Partner including but not limited to lack of proper licenses to hold an event etc., and/ or due to any bonafide Venue issue [e.g. Venue sealing, Venue damaged post booking, or any other instance of non-fulfilment of its obligation, resulting in cancellation of event by the customer, Meyatri shall not be liable nor to be held responsible for refund of any payment to the customer.
